I have been a loyal customer of Extra Space Storage-Holmes location in Kansas City for many years. I have never had an experience as wonderful as I have had now with management. Autumn has been Absolutely phenomenal! She is polite, professional, helpful and offered suggestions that totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you for having such a kind and caring person REPRESENTING your company. The First impression is everything and she rocks! I know she’s doing what she is supposed to do as an employee, but please do something extra special for her.
