We just secured a climate controlled unit and could not be happier so far. The manager, Michael, was GREAT to work with. Prices are very reasonable and the property is super clean and secure. And I especially like the super easy digital access anytime with the app. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I are moving from Fairview Heights, IL to Chesterfield, MO and needed storage locker for various household items. We have done in Caseyville, IL and I was afraid we wouldn't find one as reasonably priced as the one in Caseyville. Extra Space Storage was fairly close to what we were paying in Caseyville and when you factor in gas to drive 30 miles back and forth plus the hour or so in time, it made Extra Space the obvious choice. And the person who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, informative and friendly. A thoroughly pleasant experience.

Setting up the rental agreement, over the phone, was easy and convenient. The digital signature process is best accomplished on a device other than a phone, but it was also very easy. The unit/facility is spotless! Plenty of flatbed dollies to make my move much easier.

Secure location, and helpful staff. Just closed out my rental unit and that process was painless. Also really nice was a while back when my automatic payment wasn't processed, instead of just charging me late fees, they called me so I could correct the issue and get the payment in. Would definitely rent from them again if I need storage in the future.

Slightly misleading advertising for space availability for individual units, but great office staff and managers, and conveniently late operational gate access hours. Do not attempt to bring food, and be ready to handle trash, as the dumpster isn’t public. Either way 7/10 for access and open hours. Most affordable storage is not temp controlled just fyi ?

Dear Life Storage, Ive been a customer for a few years. I have two storage units both 10 x 20. Our location (Store #307)is always clean and the help I recently received was a pleasant surprise, definitely above and beyond. My rent had just been raised to almost $300 a month on both units. When I explain that I will be looking for a house soon and that it would be a huge inconvenience to try and move my stuff to a different location to get a better price, Michael the store manager worked with me and requested that my rent stay very close to the same a while longer. It was such a releif to hear the request was approved & to not have to load everything up and move. I just want to thank him and your company for the help I recieved this week. Michael was so nice when he helped with my lock (lost my keys for one unit) and rate hike situation. Im now able to stay put a while longer and we’re hoping to buy a house after our November 15th retirement date. I will always recommend your facility to anyone needing storage.
