We just secured a climate controlled unit and could not be happier so far. The manager, Michael, was GREAT to work with. Prices are very reasonable and the property is super clean and secure. And I especially like the super easy digital access anytime with the app. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I are moving from Fairview Heights, IL to Chesterfield, MO and needed storage locker for various household items. We have done in Caseyville, IL and I was afraid we wouldn't find one as reasonably priced as the one in Caseyville. Extra Space Storage was fairly close to what we were paying in Caseyville and when you factor in gas to drive 30 miles back and forth plus the hour or so in time, it made Extra Space the obvious choice. And the person who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, informative and friendly. A thoroughly pleasant experience.

Setting up the rental agreement, over the phone, was easy and convenient. The digital signature process is best accomplished on a device other than a phone, but it was also very easy. The unit/facility is spotless! Plenty of flatbed dollies to make my move much easier.
