Michael at the Ellisville location was exceptional! So professional, so friendly and helpful! He contacted me right away which is so refreshing that they truly care about their customers. I also spoke to Jeremy at the Manchester location and he was so helpful as well. I was extremely nervous bc I'm moving in 2 weeks. They made this part of it so easy peasy! Highly recommend!!

3 stars is being generous. These storage facilities are money grabs and still angry over a couple issues that is strictly a money grab. They’re all the same. Just find the cheapest most convenient weather controlled one you could find. I could go into more detail but really don’t want to waste the time. They also could have volunteered a discount program they had. It was mentioned on the last month I was there.

There was a dead mouse outside the door and the secured door was wide open and appeared broken which raised concern for safety and also rodents getting inside the facility.
