Zach at the office has always been friendly and helpful any time I have actually made it during office hours. I do most everything online, but have had a few questions now and then and needed a person! I am enjoying renting a unit from Extra Space. It is very clean, my unit is fully closed in which keeps my belongings clean. My last storage facility I used was great, however the ceiling was more of a fenced area and let a lot of dust in making for a dusty move. I also feel safe here. Knowing the locks and doors are secured and only accessible with a code or phone to enter. And a bathroom which is usually pretty clean. Thank you for that. I spent a day in my unit organizing, repacking, and getting a goodwill donation together for things I no longer need. Thank you And Thank you Zach for being truly awesome and assisting me when needed.

I’ve had storage with this facility for over two years and almost a year before this at the St. Ann facility. Zach has taken great care of me and is always available for any questions or anything else that I have ever needed! I still have one unit, although I consolidated from two today. Exceptional transition and the best choice for my storage needs. The facility is awesome and clean!
