Let's talk about how awesome TY who I believe is the General Manager of quite a lot of locations and how he not only assisted me but showed why you should store at Extra Space Storage. I rented a unit this past Saturday. I went to "My" unit and was annoyed my lock and key was not in there. I called and spoke with TY on Monday where he apologized and said he would personally go down and place it. Not only that he gave me a $30 credit. Fast forward to today. I got to "My" unit and still no lock and key. I rush into that office where I officially meet TY and request to cancel because the lock and key is still not there. Also would like to note I had an ATTITUDE. Well, TY offers to drive me down and show me MY unit. I had the completely wrong unit from the start.... Not only did he NOT let me bask in my a hole ness but he had even moved my items I put in the wrong unit to the right one. I ate my humble pie and I apologized. TY was so kind and even remembered what I was renting the unit for. I'm taking up donations for a free garage sale event and he tells me well, I have a bunch of things I can donate from my son aging out of them. So not only did this man treat me kindly on the phone, treated me kindly in person when I was not being kind, listens to his customers but offers his OWN personal items for my cause. If that doesn't tell you why you should rent from Extra Space Storage because of how the top and down treats their customers I don't know what should. Thank you TY for your professionalism and kindness when I did not deserve it. You are an complete asset to this company.

I used this storage facility when we were moving out of a house to an apartment temporarily. The unit was clean with easy access. I never experienced any issues during the year we rented the storage. Staff was always very helpful.
