Lack of compassion, how do have a storage 6 mon and no tell your account isn't created, tried so hard in person to pay the bill, equipment was faulty at hazlewood, no wifi to tap pay, no biometric to log in to the account, plus homeless, tried numerous of time to pay bill, when I called to explain, not one I understand or we apologize for , not 1 once of compassion or removal of late fee.
