Having Extra Space Storage within 5 minutes of my house is so convenient. Tip gave excellent customer service! The outside of the units are well lit but you may need a flashlight inside your unit at night. Thank you again, Tip!

As I was walking into the storage facility on halls ferry ,instead of being professional oh yeah I thought you said it vI heard SOMEONE Say shhhh , she had enough time to ask me professionally . I felt disrespected and under valued by the customer service I was given today . She needs to be FIRED TODAY. !
