I HAVE A TINY APARTMENT SO I USE MY STORAGE TO STORE MY SEASONAL CLOTHING! I FORGOT TO PAY MY STORAGE ON TIME AND I LOST MY ACCESS TO THE GATE AND MY STORAGE UNIT! I NEED MY FALL ITEMS AND COATS DUE TO THE WEATHER CHANGING. I PAID MY PAST DUE AMOUNT ONLINE AND WITHIN 20 MINUTES MY ACCOUNT WAS UPDATED AND LOCK OFF MY UNIT! TIP (SHE) WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPED ME WHEN I WAS PANICKING LOL SHE ASSURED ME THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO GRAB MY COATS AND BE WARM! I ENJOYED MY LAUGH FOR THE DAY AND HER PROFESSIONALISM WAS AMAZING! SHE IS NEW TO THE TEAM SO I HOPE THEY REALIZE THEY HAVE A WINNER WHO CARES FOR THE CUSTOMERS!
