First time experiencing Storage service and Antrenece was very helpful and knowledgeable with the company policy and procedures. It was extremely business when I was in the office to get assistance and Antrenece was very helpful and making sure she completed all customer needs .. Definitely a 5 star performance for me .

Had a wonderful experience with Antrenece. My sister is moving to Clayton and my girlfriend took her into Extra Space Storage. She is completely blind. Antrenece went above and beyond to help us. She even explained how to use the cylinder lock. We would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Moved in last minute when it was Life Storage, during stay it merged to Extra Space Storage. It was chaotic during the transition but it seems like it is getting more routine. Was only there for a few months, but woman working front desk was so helpful every time I called or came in with questions. This storage place changes rates based on demand and availability, so you might get a unit rate for really cheap because of demand or it might be high. I was in newer climate controlled building and it was always cooler and I had no issues with pests.
