Tom was extremely helpful in my entire ExtraSpace Storage experience. He saw I was down for two reservations and called to see when I would be down to see them, so someone would be in the office. When I arrived with my mother, he was courteous the entire time, making sure I found the right unit for my items. He came back to check in on us at the end, where we were having trouble with the lock and assisted us in understanding how it worked. We even got to ride along on the golf cart twice, which was fun and nice in that big storage facility!

This facility is very clean and well man aged. Tom is awesome and really goes out of his way to communicate and help in any way he can. I’ve used this place for 2 of my moves. Highly recommend this place if you ever need storage!

My family and I had to move in a hurry. The storage was easy to find. Trying to move little by little. My son is a veteran and it's been tough for him as all you vets know. The VA here is helping a lot. Getting back on you feet as a lot of Americans know is a struggle. Shawn has been a tremendous help with our units. Patient, a good listener, empathetic. We know a lot of people don't have that quality. She has gone above and beyond to help us. She has great management skills. Thank you Shawn.
