A really nice guy named Mike helped me as a new customer when my access code didn't work. He waited around after it was fixed to make sure I parked in the right area inside. He even went to get a flatbed loader and brought it to my car so that I can unload. This means the world to me during a busy busy day! Thanks Mike, At the Manchester Rd location

I went to get a small storage unit and Mike Lambers was fantastic and assisting me and my niece in picking out a unit that will fit for us. The location is perfect and the units were nice and clean. If you want a great experience, go to 4959 Manchester Ave., St. Louis, MO and ask for Mike. You can’t get a better professional and honest person to assist you.

Mike the manager done an exceptional job in handling my concerns in regards to my new storage unit. Mike took time out to show me where my storage was, assisted me with my code to the gate. Customer service was excellent. Kay was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient while showing me different available units. The units were clean. The facility felt secure. My only complaint is with the elevators and the push-carts. The elevators are very noisy, shaky, slow, and feel like they're in need of repair. The push-carts made available by the building also in poor condition. They're loud, cumbersome, and difficult to maneuver. Overall, I feel OK about renting storage space here.
