Shawn at extra storage space at the forest park location was very helpful .. I was locked out of both my storages .. and she took her time to try to cut the locks and even when that wasn’t working she called another employee to help with the situation .. I appreciate her today .. for sure .. as well as she helped me with my billing questions .. she very knowledgeable and fast acting in stressful situations .. thanks again Shawn !
