I had a great check in experience with the manager at the desk. There was one small hiccup where I was allowed to sign up and sign a lease for an outdoor vehicle space for my boat without requiring insurance information to proceed, but I was not allowed to access my storage space until I provided initial information like a driver's license and boat title info, which is fine, but insurance on the boat was also required to gain access. It's a cheap boat so I wasn't going to get any. I'm not sure why it isn't required to gain a lease if it's required to access the spot, but my experience otherwise has been great. The app access instead if needing to type in a code is very convenient. For any wondering, my boat was already covered under my homeowners insurance, but I had to go figure that out.
