Nicole is FABULOUS!! So quick, fast, and soooo charming! Thank youuuu UPDATE!! Not only was that chick great but the guy we met today with the brown hair and epic beard was FABULOUS!! He treated my kids like princess’s and was suuuuuper helpful!

When I tell you I was pissed, I was! The lady at the front did excellent! I left out happy, and she did a fantastic job helping me get straight to the problem and fix it right away. Definitely giving all 5 Stars ! Thanks for being a good representation to Extra Space Storage.
