Nicole was extremely helpful! She was able to identify a unit within my budget and explained everything thoroughly. The facility is very secure and well lit. The app and autopay options were exactly what I need (so tired of website portals). Great initial experience, will update in a few months.

I was absolutely thrilled to have the amazing service and hassle free experience with Xtra space storage and I was treated with the utmost respect and I also saved 100 on moving my stuff to a smaller locker which was 5 lockers from my old one! First of all, they were extremely willing to work with me especially since I didn’t need the storage unit for a long period of time. And when I checked out, Shay took care of me with the most positive attitude I’ve seen in a very long time. Her energy and professionalism was so well I will be using this storage unit only to work with her. The unit was beautifully cleaned ..and typically I hate storage units because of how scary they are but this one wasn’t bad at all..this is a quality unit
