Honestly, it was great after I got to speak with someone at the location. First time I went to the Maplewood location the office was closed with nobody in the office they followed up with me multiple times however and finally got me in a week later and I can say that once I met with someone getting my storage unit and using it was very easy. I would suggest them to anybody that I know the storage unit.

Hazel was very polite. Showed me around the facility and even offered to walk me to my car. Space is nice and the facility is clean. High ceilings in the storage spaces, good for stacking especially with smaller spaces like mine.
