We rented a unit for my stepson for college, and I've rented at other places in the area but this is so far these are the cleanest without a doubt when my son and I came in Lavonne new everything I asked about very informal about the insurance and the pricing I couldn't get my code to work she helped me on that as well went outside in the rain and took us to our unit she was the best by far I've dealt with I'm glad she definitely knew her stuff thanks again I would give six stars if y'all would let me.

I signed up in January at $145/month and within a few months my rate is jumping to $165 — a 13% increase with zero warning. When I called to ask why, I was told prices go up based on competitors, inflation, and “what other people are paying.” That’s not a reason, that’s a runaround. I’m a brand new customer who just got locked into a unit and now I’m already being repriced. Not what I signed up for. Nothing but greediness and price gouging.
