When we First got the locker The walk through gate was open and wouldn’t lock. When we checked out the rest of our month was forfeit/stolen (2 weeks plus). I talked to I think the manager and he said I would have had to told them a head of time to get anything back. Also found mouse turds on my stuff in Storage.

I recently moved my storage to ExtraSpace in Washington, MO from a competitor. The manager Jacob has always been available, is very helpful and helped me very quickly when I lost the key to my lock. My space is very clean and I have been shocked with the lack of bugs or bug carusses. I highly recommend this location.
