If you are okay with the sudden rate increase whenever corporate decides it’s time to make people pay this is the place for you! You’re not locked in at a single rate unless paid up front for 12 months. Craig Hanneman was soooooo helpful, and honest, but unfortunately for me I’m not willing to gamble the dice and what if my storage rates go up. I’m not looking to have to pack up again and move in 4 months. I would recommend this location to everyone. Craig showed me around and the facility is spotless! I just needed several units (3) and I wasn’t willing to gamble on what if my rates increase! Thanks again Craig. I know the prices aren’t your doing.
