Easy check in, found my space without any problems. Love the cylinder locks and closing door and not a rolly door. Tony was super helpful, got me a cart and made sure I was good to go.

First day moving our stuff into storage and as we were wondering around the service helped us find our way around and was very helpful. Shout out to Tony for going out of his way to help us and guide us to our storage and teaching us how to use our lock! Greatly appreciated!

Regina was awesome! We wanted to take a look at the spot we would be renting in person, but due to my husbands work schedule we would not have been able to make it until Monday (since the office is closed on Sunday). However, we didn’t not want to miss out on this spot for our travel trailer. Regina was so kind to send me photos of the parking spot and surrounding area. She made the transaction very smooth and easy. She was able to walk me through the whole process and was able to get everything handled over the phone and email. This was a great experience!
