My family has had our storage unit with Life Storage for over 5 years now. Yesterday I got a phone call from the manager stating that there was a liquid coming out of our unit. I came down to check it out but had brought the wrong key. Todd was working the front desk and he did a phenomenal job at helping me out. He cut the lock for me and helped me clean up the puddle. Turned out the liquid wasn't from my unit afterall. Long story short, both Todd as well as the manager who called gave me exceptional customer service. Todd was very polite, soft spoken, and more than willing to help. I can tell he takes pride in his job, which is a rarity nowadays. Thanks for being awesome!
