Edit: they doubled my rent after three months and refused to even negotiate about it so I left and don’t recommend anybody else rent here as I have since found out this is common practice and they do it to EVERYONE. Lure you in with lies of low rate and then once they think enough time has passed to where your stuff is moved in, they will double your rate. ***************** I was looking for a storage unit, and I had many options to choose from here in Vegas. I called about 20 places trying to find a good value and I ended up on the phone with Extra Space Storage, speaking with Kelly. Immediately, I was actually surprised at how helpful she was as she seemed to be an expert in knowing what I needed and had my best interests in mind, which was a nice change from all of the other storage places I had spoken with. I was impressed with how intelligent and friendly she was and how easy and comfortable it was speaking with her. Not only did she get me a price that was unbelievably great, she actually handled almost the entire move in process over the phone. In the span of about 10 minutes, I had signed the documents over the internet, my unit paid for and ready to go, and all I had to do was drive to my unit, open the door, and use the provided lock that came inside with the unit. My unit was spotless and even had my own personal light inside, which is something they should advertise because most places don’t have a light in every unit with your own light switch that you control. If you ever read this, thank you again Kelly for all the help, it was truly enjoyable speaking with you. I did Have a question about Insurance and my lock so when I arrived at the Property, I entered the office and spoke with Megan. Again, like Kelly, I found Megan to be very helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and she even spent the extra time to show me where everything was around the property and explained in detail every little question I had. As I was leaving, she even went out of her way to come outside and make sure I was 100% satisfied. I can tell she is a very observant, diligent, and hard-working person. Extra space Storage is very lucky to have someone like Megan working on site. It’s kinda silly, but It actually makes me feel safe keeping my possessions there knowing she’s there.

The team member Ashlie was very dedicated and well informed with her job and I am very impressed by how well she handles complex issues with grace.
