Walked into the public storage January 11, 2024 about five minutes before they were opening the door from lunch break and Mr. Kevin greeted me with a smile and open the door early. Gave me the special of the month. Walked me to the Unit and did annd excellent job with making sure that I knew everything that needed to take place For my storage rental thanks again. Wonderful customer service clean space nice size units. To add to my experience closing out my unit It was a very simple process. I was able to sign over my unit unit as I was not able to Hold on my storage they made it easy for me to avoid a payment by signing it over. Leah made the process very simple she is so courteous and professional . Im so happy I choose this location with excellent staff members. Keep up the excellent work

If I could give more stars I would. The manager Leah is amazing and has gone above and beyond to help out my family. I needed to clean out my Dads storage unit as he recently passed away. I live out of state and Leah was amazing on the phone when I needed help and even better when we got there. Thank you so much we would not have been able to take care of this without your help. She deserves a raise!
