Keep in mind that the price offered online can increase by 90% in the months following the purchase. I've only had it for 3 months and the price has already gone up. When I signed the lease, they told me that if the price increased, it wouldn't be by much, and they could help me adjust. Now, they only helped me so that my rent increased by $47 in just 3 months, and the elevator near my unit was out of service for about 3 weeks.

This storage company is noting but a scam !!! After my mother passed I needed a storage rates here was great under a hundred dollars for a small unit within the year the fee doubled seems like every six months it’s going up what started at 78.00 is now a few dollars shy of 200 it’ll be a full 2 years 1/2026 . The MOD is really nice but the rate increase is RIDICULOUS!!!!! Clearly it’s time for me to conclude my business with them ASAP
