Today I had the pleasure of meeting Caira at Extra Space Storage, and she is, without question, one of the best managers I’ve ever encountered. While I was on the phone, I overheard her helping another customer. The level of care, patience, compassion, and genuine concern she showed was incredible. She took the time to truly listen, understand the customer’s situation, and resolve their concerns with kindness and professionalism. By the end of the conversation, the customer’s gratitude was obvious, and it was inspiring to witness. After seeing that, I made a point to personally thank her because customer service like that deserves recognition. I’ve worked in real estate throughout the Las Vegas Valley since 2021 and visit storage facilities all over the area, including Indian Springs, Boulder City, and Las Vegas. Caira is hands down the most memorable, efficient, and compassionate manager I’ve come across. She represents exactly what great customer service should look like. If you’re looking for a storage facility where you’re treated with respect and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location.
