I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility was clean, secure, and very well maintained. Tony was excellent to work with from start to finish — very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. His customer service was phenomenal and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find service like that nowadays. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you get the chance to work with Tony!

I would give 0 stars if possible. It’s happened TWICE! I get there after opening hours and before closing hours and the doors are always locked. It’s incredibly unbelievable that we don’t have access to our storage when the hours are “7am - 7pm”. Management is completely unhelpful, all they tell you is “we are experiencing technical difficulties” what could possibly go wrong with coming to open the door that is locked with a key?? Unacceptable! We got the storage cause they promised 24hr access but it’s incredibly frustrating when they don’t stay open to their new hours.
