Signed up online. BIG MISTAKE! The unit was in a corner with a small door. There are no lights in the units. You have to rely on light filtering in from the hallway. The site map doesn't even list my unit number. Then the office person did not even know where it was. He had to search for it. When I complained about the unit he offered to change me to a different unit. Of course it was a higher priced unit. The hallway door from outside sticks to the point I have to use 2 hands to open it. The hallway door is so close to the entry gate that when I park to load or unload my items, I block the code box used to exit the facility. RUN AWAY!
