As someone whos never previously used a storage unit, the folks here were kind, and made the process very easy to commit to. Almost never had a reason to visit the office, and Ive not noticed any of my things suddenly disappear, which was easily my biggest fear while renting one. The only issue Ive had is with the rent prices. Never had I complained (out of necessity), however it was definitely a struggle when the initial rent raised by about $50-$75. Was about a year and a half in, and had JUST got an apartment, so it for sure put an unexpected strain on my finances. Prices were "fair", of course, just an unexpected increase. Otherwise, everyone there deserves a raise. If Im going to pay any company more than $200 for a 10x10, it should go to their hardworking employees. I came in on 02.28.2026, whoever was in the office at 4:30 this day deserves praise, I would be upset if he didnt get it :)

Pricing was competitive, and having the unit really helped us get organized while preparing for our move. The staff has been courteous, polite, and professional every step of the way.
