As a new customer they were great. 2 years in and there is nothing they did to keep us. When we told the local manager we were moving out, it was pretry much, see ya. Zero effort. The rate increases were crazy month over month. We got a call from the district manager and only then did they offer to lower the rate but by then, too little too late. We like the location, just got way too expensive.
