Sometimes due to the economy, my payments have gotten behind. Rick has always worked with me and made me feel like a very valuable customer. He always does his due diligence to help me catch up. Rick and his staff are very good about sending notices and reminding you where we are on the Storage dates. I’m so grateful for a manager that goes out of his way to care about those Who under certain circumstances may have to use a storage space from time to time thank you Rick I greatly appreciate you and Extra Storage. Extra Space Storage is the place to go! I had an amazing experience thanks to Rick O., the store manager. He is incredibly knowledgeable—he knew exactly where all the units were located from memory, which made the whole process seamless when deciding on a unit that fit my needs. Even though it was close to closing time, he took the extra time to let me try out my access code and showed me the best way to enter and park for easy access to my storage unit. His professionalism and friendliness made me feel like I had known him for years. Rick also gave an excellent tour, ensuring I had everything I needed, including all my packing supplies. The facility itself was spotless, which I really appreciated. On top of all that, his calm and reassuring demeanor made a big difference for me, especially since I was having a pretty intense move day. He was patient, helpful, and made the entire experience stress-free. If you’re looking for great customer service and a well-maintained storage facility, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage—especially if you have the chance to work with Rick!

I’ve been working with Rick and storing goods at the Extra Space Storage facility on Wigwam for a few years now. Rick is an excellent manager and has always helped me when needed. I do sometimes need things done from afar as I live in AZ, Rick has always helped. This is a nice facility and I would recommend storing here if it fits your needs.

I looked all over Las Vegas for a good and safe storage facility and came to Extra Space on Wigwam. The manager Rick has to be the nicest and most patient person in the world. He was extremely helpful and polite helping me find the right unit. If it weren't for his professionalism and kind demeanor I probably would have went looking at other facilities.
