I recommend you run, and run fast, away from this place! I originally gave a five star rating, when the employee that signed me up gave me a free lock. I should have known then the all of the five star ratings were false! I've been here about two years. I started in building D, which didn't have air conditioning. I moved to building B, for more money, because it was guaranteed to be air conditioned. It's been hot for six weeks now, and this week we are in 100+ degrees temperatures. The Air is still not running. I was assured several times that "they're coming soon to turn the coolers on". This week one of the guys gave me a story about a backordered part, today the other guy told me they're just waiting in line to get turned on. Also, the only elevator to my unit is finicky, with bad sensors. It can take as much as five minutes to close, as the clicks, beeps, and warning buzzers sound as the door tries to close. It is obvious that there is a problem with the sensors, I've been told numerous times over the last year that it was scheduled for maintenance, but today they told me it is supposed to function like that. I hate moving storage, but I have no choice now. I have one unit at US Storage, where everything works just fine, so I'm going to have to get another unit there and move.

I used Extra Space Storage Facility for 3 years and had no complaints. Facility was clean and secured. I will definitely use their services again in the future!
