Ever since Zack took over as site manager, I have had such an easy, convenient time dealing with my unit. I had to move to another state and haven’t been able to get back out there, but Zack has been incredibly helpful, kind, & personable! If he tells you he will call you back, he will (at least he has in my experience). Sometimes all it takes is one person to make a difference & so far, over the last year, he’s been great! Very very grateful for his help from states away! ????

Great people, so nice!! I have 2, yes 2 Extra Space storages in 2 different states. I'm editing this post from June because Zachary, at N. Las Vegas ESS explained about Cubesmart becoming ESS. Cubesmart would not change my address unless in person. So, I never received notice of change. Zachary, manager of 3360 N. Las Vegas Blvd. went above and beyond making changes to my account and taking a payment over the phone!! Thank you Zachary!!!!
