If there were ever any concerns, she always worked to resolve them and make things right for the customer. That level of customer service really stands out these days. Cool, Clean, Well Managed facility. Elevator made unit access easier. Only complaint would be regarding the frequent rent increases causing the monthly rent to double in less than 1 year.
