Every single storage facility should be fighting to get this store manager!! She should be the highest paid manager ever!! I have never met someone with such amazing customer service skills. We don't even have a storage there we just purchased one at auction. Dana went completely out of her way to help us with even the smallest issues!! She was absolutely astonishing!!! I've purchased a ton of storages all over Las Vegas and I have never experienced such friendly and supportive managers like Dana.

So I was moving and had one last truckload that wouldn't fit at the house. Dana was able to get me into a unit right away and thankfully they had an awesome deal going on that day! Fast forward, I didn't need that specific unit anymore and needed to downsize and Peter helped me out and got me switched over to a smaller unit with no issues. The staff there is awesome and super friendly. I can definitely always call them with anything and they'll be there to assist. Definitely recommend this place!
