Extra Space Storage on Oso Blanca Drive has been very good to us the past three years. The facility is clean and safe and staff are readily accessible. hey, highly recommend this location for anyone in the Northwest Las Vegas area

I to prefer to leave positive reviews or say nothing but this incident took place 2 weeks ago and I am still frustrated. I truly wish we had the awesome customer service experience described in the reviews. Sarah Dorova was there in the facility watching for us at our cars while we organized items for over 8 minutes through the window by her desk which made us feel uncomfortable to begin with. It is unlawful in the state of Nevada to yell at people disturbing the peace. Further, she quoted a policy that could not be found anywhere in our contract. To threaten to revoke our 3 units / storage privileges and close our account because we were unsure about following her made up rules/policies is ridiculous. We took our seasonal items to Public Storage up the street who also had cheaper units…win win for us. Good luck doing business here, check the fine print as management makes stuff up, and talks to patrons about you behind your back.
