This is the first time I’m renting a storage unit and it was easy to do so online! The location I chose is only about 6 minutes, which is great since the commute isn’t too far. Priscilla gave me a courtesy call the next day after I rented online. I had missed her call the next morning. When I gave her a call back since I missed it, her coworker answered and advised I call back in half an hour. I did so in half an hour and Priscilla was able to help me. She gave a courtesy call to make sure I had all the information I needed for my move-in date. Priscilla was kind and professional! She’s also really great at her job. She did call me back again, returning her missed calls. She wasn’t sure if she returned my call but I assured her we did speak already. The customer service is wonderful at Extra Space Storage!
