Extremely unprofessional to have one employee on-site during the day, and have that employee take breaks without someone else here in case of emergencies and with no signage or communication for your customers. I was told I needed to come pick up a new key for my unit, drove 40 minutes across town just to now have to wait for an undisclosed amount of time for someone to show up. And the number they have posted to call isn’t even for this location.
