Three stars because the staff have been professional & friendly and the place IS clean. However, the company, Extra Space Storage, does not offer a Military Veteran discount, ONLY active duty and NOT all locations. ???????????????? Additionally, elevators & coolers are not maintained well enough or early enough by the company. Elevators overheat and are frequently down. The swamp coolers are not serviced early enough in the year for the desert heat of Las Vegas. Waiting that long creates longer wait time on parts replacement because of the area residential and commercial demands in May. Renting a unit on the top floor (because no discount) with NO ac and NO elevator working properly is a bad combo ... especially for an aging military veteran who cannot take the stairs. If you're a business claiming "military friendly," you should not exclude those have already served this country years ago.

Extra Space Storage's website and advertising states the facility is air-conditioned. The 3rd floor of the building at the W. Rome Blvd location is not AC cooled, it is unbearably hot up there. Additionally, the monthly rent increases every few months.

Thank you for your excellent service. You were on your way out to clean up the property and instead turned around and with a smile and your kindness helped me out. So happy to rent from this location for the second time again. This is my second time in a three year stretch. Great customer support and appreciation how cleanly This location always is. Thank you again Caira. If you didn’t helped me out with open arms I would have just left and probably put off renting this unit for another month or so.
