I’m from Baltimore, MD. I had a concern about my storage unit since it’s been a long time that I’ve had it. I called and the person that helped me (Annie) was extremely kind and helpful. She answered all of my concerns in an expeditious manner.

Anny at Extra Space Storage was excellent to work with. I rented one of the large garage-sized units, and she made the whole process smooth from start to finish. She helped get me checked in, explained everything clearly, and later helped make the check-out process easy as well. The facility was convenient, and the customer service was professional and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this location, especially if you need a larger storage unit and want the process handled efficiently.
