Justin the Manager at the Double Diamond location is absolutely incredible. I got laid off recently & the last thing I was thinking about was paying my storage unit … because of that I fell behind on my payment. I was so ready to give up my storage unit and not care about it anymore. I went down to the office and I explained my situation and Justin presented me with so many options that actually were helpful and I was able to catch up on my payment! Thanks for having wonderful communication with me Justin & thanks for understanding life happens. Justin is the absolute best & not to mention he’s so patient, understanding, respectful and very empathetic toward people :) … I couldn’t thank him enough. I highly recommend the Double Diamond location if you ever need a storage unit!

Price increases are ridiculous. I haven't even had the unit 1 year. 3/2025 $73 had that rate for 3 months. 7.2025 new rate $173. Effective 1.2025 $283. This is ridiculous. A $200 increase in less than a year. Moving out asap.

I started out paying roughly $50 a month for a 5’ x 10’ unit because the person told me they had a lot of available units, so the rates were low. They also said the rates may increase periodically but it shouldn’t be too bad. Just got the notice that my rate is now increasing to $129 a month in November. What a scam.

The site manager is first rate. Knows his stuff and cares about customers. However, there is a problem. Back in May (when I first moved in) my monthly rate was $70. It is now October, and the rate has already doubled to $140. There is a plan in place for a further increase to $300. This type of bait and switch tactic breaks trust. I don’t want to have to empty this storage unit and move the stuff into a different one. But it looks like I now have to.
