I have been treated very well at Extra Space storage. I made a reservation online and I received a call in a timely manner. The assistant manager, I believe Cara, called to check up on my needs and to be sure that I had ordered what I needed. She offered to help complete the reservation anytime and I felt like she really cared for her customers. I didn't have time to complete it that day with her so I finished paying for my unit online. When I arrived , she remembered me and explained all the things I should know. So far so good and so refreshing to find a company that shows you care. Thank you Extra Space

great customer service, grounds are not in the best of shape, some dingy areas but there was a crew painting when I was there. hope they can spruce it up. Security could be improved, more cams, walk arounds etc.
