Great storage facility. The first day I went to check it out to see how an indoor storage facility actually worked and Ali was working that day. She is very helpful in explaining how you get in and access your unit. She also took the time to show me the unit I initially wanted to rent and I’m so glad she did because it wasn’t as big as I thought it would be. She also explained and showed me the app that makes getting into the parking garage and the building very easy with the press of a button. I went back the following week after I rented a unit online and Kim was very helpful showing me where my welcome bag was and how the lock works. Everyone has been so nice and helpful! I love the indoor units. Thanks
