I had the pleasure of meeting Roseley at the Extra Space Storage storage today, it was a phenomenal experience. She is a consummate professional, she was quick, patient, professional and answered all my questions. Her responses were upfront, honest, and it was very refreshing too have great customer service and support. I highly recommend Extra Space storage and definitely ask for Roseley, as a Military Veteran I enjoy when business runs efficiently. And my experience today was A-1.

It’s an absolute pleasure to write this review detailing the wonderful job Erica did helping us at Extra Storage. I’m not sure how Erica has learned so much in just two months with the company. I’m sure she brought a lot and learned a lot on-the-job, but the company should also be commended for the excellent job they did training her.
