I am going to give this place 5 stars because I have had storage units at a lot of different locations and the reason I like this one is: 1. Every other place seems to like raise their rent like every other month and this one didn’t do that to me. (Well once) 2. They are very attentive. They monitor the buildings and the locks and call if something doesn’t look right. 3. I am on autopay but if there is an issue with my card (which is almost always) they make courtesy calls to you so you can take care of it before late fees accrue. 4. They were very good about my move out date and only prorating me charges for the days of the last month. Overall I would use them again. Oh ya also the gate system is nice. You can use your phone like a garage door opener.
