I was with them for four months. In that time, I set up auto pay at the start of every single month but for some inexplicable reason, I got emails and threatening phone calls for late fees because they were saying that my payment was overdue every single month. I believe this is them trying to scam people out of late fees by pretending to be incompetent when taking auto pay. Also, well, I have a storage unit completely full of my items they send me a silly little index card that tells me that my rate has gone up from $200 a month to $300 a month starting in one month. No room to negotiate, no discussion beforehand of a pending price increase, no incremental increase, Just a 50% price increase that you either have to take it or leave it. Because I’m not a fool and I’m willing to take the time to move my stuff I choose to leave it These people are crooks. I highly suggest not doing business with them. I don’t know about the rest of the national brand, but this location in Dover that doesn’t even have a fence to secure. The property is a Garbage location That is running the business like scam artists I’ll try to drive by to give some accurate photos of this trashy location when I can Here’s a photo of the notification they sent me to try and extort an increase of $100 a month on an originally $199 a month. And their BS response giving me a phone number to call just so they can pretend to Care is not going to get me back. There is nothing that will get me to do business with this bad of a company ever again. They made me have to get a moving truck and unload my stuff and find a new unit during the time I didn’t really have time to do it
