The managers and staff are super friendly and helpful! The automatic gate and fencing gives me peace of mind that the facility is secure. I have had a great experience renting there. What’s even better is that I was able to lock in an affordable rate by paying for the whole year up front. I definitely recommend the prepayment option if you know you’ll use your unit long- term. 5 stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

These guys were the absolute BEST! What a pleasant experience working with them. They made it so easy to get set up (just a phone call and I was good to go the same day.) The facilities are clean, well lit, and the locker was perfect for my needs. 10/10

I am so happy with how simple the process was. Only 10 minutes online and I had my unit!! The next day was a Monday and the sweetest lady called me to see if I had any questions. She was beyond helpful AND I decided to get the storage unit next to mine for my daughter! Very friendly service and you can't beat the prices!! I stored my motorcycles at Extra Space Storage in Portsmouth from November to March, and the experience was excellent. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, giving me peace of mind throughout the winter. Access was easy when I needed it, and the pricing was very reasonable.
