?I am writing this review to shed light on an absolute asset to Extra Space Storage in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Today was a brutally hot day, and I was dealing with a deeply frustrating situation while trying to load a massive amount of heavy cargo into my van out in the baking sun. Just when I was hitting a wall, Debby Urella stepped in and completely turned my day around with her incredible generosity, professionalism, and unmatched work ethic. ?Debby went completely above and beyond her actual job description to show me the kind of hospitality you rarely see anymore. Recognizing how exhausted I was from working in the extreme heat, she immediately looked out for my well-being by offering me popsicles, ice-cold water, and sodas to keep me hydrated and cool. ?But she didn't stop there. Even though it is absolutely not her job, she physically stepped in to help me organize my boxes and even took care of my garbage for me just to take some of the heavy burden off my shoulders. I was blown away by her kindness. She is, without a doubt, a genuinely great person. Whenever I am back in Goffstown, NH, I will definitely be stopping by to visit her. Thank you so much, Debby, for your generous hospitality and for making a miserable, exhausting day so much easier. I truly wish her nothing but the absolute best in life, and I pray that whatever blessings God has in store for her future, they are multiplied 1,000 times over.
