EXTREME BAIT & SWITCH. We needed storage for 1 year and after 3 months our rate went from $82/month to $164/month. When I called they said "Too bad, its in the contract in the small print". The rates online are lower than the $164 yet they won't even offer to match those prices unless I close my account (pay fees) and then move all of my stuff into another unit of the exact same size. The facility is clean and local employees are nice, but corporate is extremely greedy and pulls the Bait & Switch once your stuff is in storage. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS (or at least know your cost is going to be 2x+ after the first 3 months.

Neat and clean. Staff friendly and helpful Space is as advertised PD 5/29 Went to set up automatic payment Employee helped and set it up He explained to me the rationale for why my rental rate had doubled after 3 months since starting the rental. Still seems outrageous but I like the space and service so it’s worth it. If the rental rate continues to increase I would reconsider PD
