Truthfully the Promo price is what pulls you in and then a few months later the price doubles amd then keeps going up. I just moved to a smaller unit for 77 dollars and three months later I get a price increase to 144 a month and it will continue to go up When it comes to carts to move your goods there are never any around. You need to hunt one down by going thru every floor of both buildings I do not recommend this place
