Tameka did an excellent job of making sure all my questions were answered and all the details were explained. Everything from pricing, to insurance, to refunds, to transfers she covered. Also I was showed multiple units to figure out which one would best fit my needs. Definitely would recommend checking out Tameka and the rest of the staff at Extra Storage.

I was in need of a storage unit but was unsure of the size I needed for my apartment furniture. Ms. Megan Pereira was the person to help me when I went in person. Ms. Megan is very knowledgeable and walked me to different units to view, showing me the elevator and different entrances I can use to access each unit. I'm a visual person, so seeing the actual units helped me decide which was best for the amount of furniture I have. It was really helpful because originally, I was opting for a much smaller unit, and it would have been a headache to play tetris with the furniture getting it into and out the elevator and into the unit. Megan is knowledgeable, very sweet, and incredibly patient. I truly appreciate her help in this decision. I recommend using this location just because of the staff, but I will also note that during my lengthy tour of units, the location is clean, well lite. The exterior is clean, has good lighting, and the parking large enough for big vehicles and trucks to drive onto to unload furniture.
