Shady pricing tactics, continuously increasing rates without alerting you. Additionally, on-site staff are incredibly rude and find it appropriate to harass clients in their cars and knock on their windows. You're better off at another storage chain down the street.

This storage place was a complete rip off! First they leased me in a facility that charged me a certain price for a certain room. Then they raise the price four consecutive times within eight months. I had to move my things out of the storage place into a smaller unit. Once I moved down into the smaller unit, they raised the price twice again. To me, That’s a rip off! If you raise the price six times in one year, that is disgraceful! I will never use this storage space again! The name is Extra Space Storage.
