The units were clean and customer service was very nice. I used the online website to book my storage unit which was simple and easy. One thing to note was I requested a unit change the very next day to accommodate loading and unloading the unit and was charged additional money. I didn’t use the unit for the entire thirty days but I would think that the additional charge could have been waved since they chose the original unit location and I checked out early.

William was working at the Voorhees location today. He finalized my unit and explained everything I needed to know including price and every detail that is important. He explained the key pad, showed me the locks on my units. In my opinion, he went above and beyond excellent customer service!! This man knows his craft and is an example of how a business needs to be run. With all the stress that comes with moving, he made this part of the transition easy!!
