I came in last minute not sure what I would need. I was having a bad day and Joslyn , the store manager, seem to pick up on that and was very nice. She helped me get the right sized solution and was open with me as to how the operations worked. I would recommend going here if you want a pleasant, professional experience.

I needed storage for a vehicle for next few months. I reserved online. When I went in person to see Rose, she looked at my vehicle and let me know that what I reserved was too big and she had a smaller unit. Online, it didn’t show available and I’d be none the wiser. It was great customer service to help a new customer get the correct size unit AND save some money. I didn’t know if all their places have a Rose but I’m glad she was the one that helped me
