The location is very convenient. It seems like a quiet set back area that would be safe on late night trips. Dominique (Dom) at the front desk was very helpful and assisted me with digging deeper into a discrepancy about the size of my unit. She was knowledgeable and efficient and was able to show me two alternate vacant units and had no problem finalizing any records in the system if I decided I wanted to switch units same day. That's the main reason, however, that I give this location 4 stars instead of 5 because it just seems like at all the other Extra Space Storage locations where I've rented a 5x5 this location seems so much smaller by comparison. Their 5x5 feels more like a 3x5 and I hope all my items from my other 5x5 I am moving out of will fit into this Extra Space 5x5 unit. Either way I did have a satisfactory customer service experience with Dom and I have no other complaints so far.
