I had an excellent experience with Eve at Extra Space Storage. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She took the time to explain all the available deals and answered every question we had without making us feel rushed. What really stood out was her customer service. She gave us a thorough tour of the facility and helped us find the unit that best fit our needs. After we made our decision, she went above and beyond by sweeping out the unit again and even mopping it to make sure it was clean and ready for us. On top of her professionalism, Eve was genuinely enjoyable to talk with and made the entire process easy and pleasant. It's rare to find someone who combines great customer service, attention to detail, and a positive attitude so well.
