I would never recommend this storage facility. My unit suffered extensive water damage after water entered the building, which the manager told me was most likely due to ongoing gutter issues. Nearly everything I had stored there since 2019 was destroyed by water and mold. The only items that could be salvaged were one TV and a box of DVDs. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled afterward. I received very little assistance during the cleanup, and I was left to deal with removing years’ worth of waterlogged, mold-covered belongings on my own. The mold was so severe that it was difficult to breathe while emptying the unit. People rent storage units because they trust their belongings will be protected. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Between the property conditions and the lack of support after such a significant loss, I was left extremely disappointed. I hope the facility takes responsibility for maintaining the property and improves how it responds when customers experience major damage like this.
